Cancellation and Refund

At Migsun Rohini Central, we strive to ensure transparency in all transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process in case of cancellation of bookings:

1. Booking Cancellation by Applicant

If a customer chooses to cancel their booking, the request must be submitted in writing to the sales office.
The cancellation will be processed as per the terms of the Buyer`s Agreement signed at the time of booking.

2. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 45-60 working days after the cancellation request has been approved.
Deductions such as administrative charges, processing fees, or booking amount (as applicable) will be made as per the Buyer`s Agreement.

3. Project Delays or Cancellations by Developer

In the unlikely event of project cancellation, all payments made by the customer will be refunded without any deductions within the stipulated time frame.

4. Non-Transferability

Refunds are processed only to the original applicant and cannot be transferred to another party without prior approval.
